How Many Things Can America "Save"?

This political cartoon shows that the man, America, is trying to save a lot of problems that are going on in the world like: "Save the troops. Save New Orleans. Save Social Security. Save My Job. Save My Pension. Save My Illegal Nanny. Save My SUV." The lady asks him why he doesn't include Darfur and the man replies that he has no more room.
